Cleo Pay budgets set a spending limit for a category, vendor, tag or custom field and track bills against it as they come in. Run a budget monthly or as a fixed total, and choose whether a bill over budget needs an admin to approve it.

How it works
How budgets work
Create a budget and pick its scope: a category, vendor, tag or custom field.
Bills are tracked against the budget as they come in, and its status shows next to the bill you are approving.
When a bill would go over, Cleo tracks it or holds it for an admin, depending on the rule you chose.
