Cleo Pay plans add bill pay, charge cards, and approvals. They are priced separately from Vault.
$99 per month for your Vault account, plus $35 per seat per month. An agency with 10 agents pays $449 a month.
Every person who can sign in to your Vault account is a seat, admins and outside contractors included. Pending invites are not seats until the person joins.
Your bill follows your team. Each month you pay for the seats that were active that month, so adding an agent raises your next bill and removing one lowers it. There is nothing to change on your plan.
Your agency's encrypted vault, the audit log of every card reveal, client request links, card expiry emails, and support. It is charged once per Vault account, however many seats you have.
Yes. Send us your spreadsheet and we import clients, travelers, and loyalty numbers for you. Imports up to 500 clients are free. We quote larger imports before we start.
Card numbers are encrypted before they are stored and stay masked in the app. Only agents whose role allows it can reveal a full card, and every reveal is written to the audit log.
No. Vault is billed monthly with no setup fees, and you can cancel anytime.
